Our Vission

To cultivate the emergence of a vibrant middle class across Africa.

Diskova Afrikka was conceptualized to reintroduce Africa to North America. The brainchild of Dr. Herbert Nwosu who believes North America is in a unique position to forge a dynamic economic alliance between North America and Africa. We seek to catalyze the emergence of a vibrant middle class across Africa by leveraging US technology transfer, fostering sustainable economic growth, nurturing entrepreneurship, advancing community development, and empowering individuals and businesses. Through collaborative efforts and innovative solutions, we strive to create inclusive opportunities, drive prosperity, and build resilient communities for generations to come.

Our approach

Empowering through Collaboration: Diskova Afrikka seeks to unite diverse cultures, resources, and talents to create a seamless ecosystem of trade, innovation, and mutual prosperity. By fostering deep partnerships, promoting inclusive growth, and embracing sustainable development best practices, we envision a future where the integration of North American and African economies unlocks boundless opportunities, enriches livelihoods, and paves the way for shared progress on a global scale.

Community Development and Empowerment:

The Diskova Afrikka-Education and Training Group are knowledge managers and facilitators. We seek to make a difference by facilitating and empowering entrepreneurs to make a difference in their communities. We encourage and empower self-employed entrepreneurs to develop financially sustainable businesses, by providing solutions to human needs in communities.

Entrepreneurial Mindset:

Entrepreneurs foster a sense of community among people with common goals and interests in neighborhoods and across continents. They create goods and services that contribute to sustainable ecosystems. Each successful entrepreneur creates employment opportunities for five other people. This improves the socio-economic lives of their families, so each successful entrepreneur enhances the lives of about 25 people.

Skills Acquisition and Entrepreneurship:

As sure paths to the middle class and upward social mobility, any knowledge and skills acquisition program must focus on producing entrepreneurs-a crop of graduates with a burning desire for problem-solving, self-employment, self-reliance, and financial independence. The graduates must not only have requisite knowledge and skills of their specific trade but must be entrepreneurs who are business savvy with a demonstrable grasp of business knowledge and skills. Please note that all entrepreneurs are business owners but not all business owners are entrepreneurs.
